  1. How much do you charge for your services?
    Needless to say, that entirely depends on the service sought. But nevertheless, the predictable services are charged commensurate with the market practices. E.g. For rentals we charge equivalent to one month’s package (irrespective of the tenure of the contract) and for Outright Sale/ Purchase we charge 1% of the value of the transaction.
  2. What if a client continues and wishes to renew the contract?
    No sweat. Nothing charged whatsoever if the existing client wishes to renew and continue his stay. However, if our services are sought for the purposes of documentation and registration then the same is chargeable at a lump sum amount of 5K, over and above all of the statutory payments and other incidental expenses.
  3. How much do you charge for Property Management Services?
    Honestly, that entirely depends on the magnitude of the work involved. However, we can arrange for various vendors who shall be separately charging for their services and in which case our role will be limited to supervising the goings-on and regularly updating the clients about it all. Then again, these services are not charged except that we expect that the client mandate us alone with the property.
